With over 30 years of experience, Wally is a seasoned construction professional in the pulp and paper and energy sectors. He has delivered projects across Western Canada, specializing in boilers, fiberline systems, and pressure vessels, from rapid turnarounds to long-term maintenance initiatives.

Brent Wilkie

Mechanical Division

Brent has over 35 years experience in all aspects of millwrighting including turbines, pumps, high pressure feeders, flotation, crushing, and grinding. He has a wide range of Industrial Maintenance Shutdown and Project Management leadership roles and a comprehensive skill set relating to scheduling, planning and reports.

Dalin Lanteigne

Office / OHS & HR Manager

Dalin brings over 30 years’ experience in Pulp & Paper and Oil & Gas to TVE and has proven successful through a wide range of leadership roles such as Human Resources Management, HSE Management and Project Management. Dalin is a certified NCSO and PMP and has worked on various projects throughout Alberta and BC with multiple large-scale clients.

 

Gabe Bouchard

Quality Manager

Certified Welding Inspector with over 13 years of experience in construction and quality control, specializing in welding inspection across commercial and industrial projects. Extensive background in power generation, oil and gas, pipelines (underground and above ground), fabrication shops, and pulp and paper mills. Skilled in interpreting welding codes and standards (CSA, ASME, API, NBIC etc.), and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of quality assurance.

Greg Cruickshank

Estimating & Preconstruction Manager

Greg has over 25 years of experience, in many capacities, within the industry working at various industrial sites with different customers across western Canada and the US. His knowledge and vast network he’s amassed are instrumental in defining accurate scopes, timelines, and budgets for customers. He is passionate about his projects and enjoys collaborating to help ensure every job is planned properly.

 

Brent Hall

Project Manager / Superintendent

Skilled Site Superintendent with over 35 years specializing in all aspects of piping layout, fabrication, and installation, focusing on the specialized needs of clients regarding shutdowns. Strong capabilities working closely with engineers, tradesmen, quality control, and safety departments to assure execution and completion of jobs on time and on budget.

Dave Pires

Project Manager / Superintendent

With over two decades of experience in the power and recovery sectors, Dave is a skilled leader in boiler and pressure vessel projects. He excels at coordinating with engineering, trades, quality, and safety teams to drive efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution. A key contributor to both maintenance and capital programs, Dave consistently delivers results on time and within budget. His deep technical expertise and pragmatic leadership style make him a trusted asset on complex industrial initiatives.

John Sanderson

Civil Supervisor

John provides leadership to the execution of Civil services, subcontractor performance, budgets, and quality. Control of all layout and control monuments as well as managing multi-trade crews on multimillion dollar projects.
